Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility and Refund Window

You may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, provided that you have not accessed more than two DJ Courses.
“Accessed” means streamed, downloaded, or otherwise opened beyond any free preview.
Once more than two courses have been accessed, the digital content is considered consumed, and the right to refund or withdrawal is waived under § 356 (5) BGB (EU Digital Content Directive).

Refunds are not granted for automatic renewals if the membership was not canceled in time.
All renewal terms (price, interval, and next renewal date) are clearly shown during checkout and on your invoice.

2. Membership Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard at

or by emailing support@superherodjs.com

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
After cancellation, no further charges occur, and your access remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support@superherodjs.com
and include:

Your order number

The email address used during checkout

A short explanation of your request

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Stripe or PayPal) once approved.
Refund requests are reviewed individually to prevent fraud or duplicate refunds.

4. Processing Times

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

PayPal refunds are credited instantly or within 1 business day.

Stripe refunds (credit/debit cards) may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
After six months, refunds may no longer be possible due to payment provider limitations.

5. Exceptions

Refunds outside the 14-day window or after more than two courses have been accessed are not available,
except where verified technical issues prevented you from accessing paid content.
Such cases are reviewed individually and may result in a partial or full refund at our discretion.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously.
All purchases are authenticated through Stripe or PayPal and include verified payment records, IP logs, and access data.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us first at support@superherodjs.com
— in most cases, we can resolve the issue faster than through your bank.

Unauthorized or false disputes may result in:

Termination of account access

Recovery of processing and dispute fees

Denial of future purchases

We fully cooperate with Stripe and PayPal during the dispute process and provide all relevant evidence to verify legitimate transactions.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
Consumers in the EU retain their rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and German Civil Code (BGB).
