Scope of Application
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the digital learning services provided by SuperHeroDJs, operated by Faßler & Scheil GbR, Landsberger Allee 394, 12681 Berlin, Germany (“we”, “us”).
The contract language is English. By completing a purchase or accessing our platform, you agree to these Terms.
Payments & Merchant Information
All payments are securely processed via FastSpring. FastSpring acts as the reseller and Merchant of Record for applicable purchases, handling billing, tax calculation, and invoicing.
Your bank or card statement will display a FastSpring descriptor such as “FS SuperHeroDJs”* or a similar FastSpring format.
Each transaction in your account, invoice, or receipt is labeled as “SUPER HERO DJs Order #[order number]”.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you recognize and authorize this charge.
All payments are processed in USD. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected membership plan until canceled.
2.1 FastSpring Checkout Review and Onboarding
Your order may be subject to FastSpring’s automated fraud and compliance review. If additional verification is required you agree to complete the short FastSpring verification onboarding before access is granted.
You can view invoices, update payment details, or manage your subscription in the FastSpring Account Portal linked in your order email and receipts.
Services Provided
We offer membership plans (monthly, 3-month, annual) granting access to online DJ courses and training material.
Access remains active while your membership is valid and paid.
Recurring Payments & Automatic Renewal
All memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period using the same payment method as the initial purchase unless canceled before the renewal date.
The renewal terms price, frequency, and next renewal date are clearly displayed during checkout and on your invoice.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these recurring billing terms.

If your purchase was processed by FastSpring you may also cancel via the FastSpring Account Portal link provided in your FastSpring order email.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.
Refund & Withdrawal Policy
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not accessed more than two DJ Courses.
Once more than two courses have been accessed, the digital content is considered “consumed” and the withdrawal right expires under § 356 5 BGB.
Refunds are not granted for automatic renewals if the membership was not canceled before renewal.
All renewal terms and dates are displayed prior to checkout and confirmed on your receipt.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via FastSpring within 5–10 business days.
Use of Content
All materials provided through SuperHeroDJs including videos, practice tracks, cue points, and exercises are protected by copyright and related rights.
They are provided solely for personal, private educational use.
Any copying, sharing, publishing, resale, or commercial use beyond private study is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to share access, resell accounts, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
Suspicious or unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension or account termination.
Service Availability
We strive to ensure stable and continuous access.
Temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occur and do not entitle users to compensation or refunds.
Limitation of Liability
We are liable only for intent and gross negligence.
For slight negligence, liability is limited to essential contractual duties and foreseeable, typical damages.
Liability for injury to life, body, or health remains unaffected.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We fully cooperate with FastSpring to investigate and resolve payment disputes.
Every transaction is verified through secure authentication, IP logging, account access data, and digital delivery records.

Submitting false fraud claims for charges clearly marked with a FastSpring descriptor or “SUPER HERO DJs Order #[order number]” may be considered abuse and will be reported to the payment processor.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
If you are a consumer residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection laws of your home country apply.
The EU Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
